A report from Pinkvilla has claimed that a source close to Kriti Sanon has informed them that Kriti has started looking for some properties in Bandra as she intends to own a larger space. The source also shared that Kriti is also open to other key locations in the city as well. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Kriti has actively started to look at some properties in Mumbai, as she intends to own a larger space. She has seen some properties in Bandra, however, she is open to other key locations in the city as well. She should zero in on one asset soon."

On July 4, 2023, Kriti Sanon had taken to her IG handle and shared a montage of her production house, Blue Butterfly Films. She also penned a long caption to express her excitement. Sharing how delighted she is, the actress mentioned that she has completed nine years in the industry and how she has learned, evolved, and grown into the actor she is today. Kriti's note could be read as:
"I've been in this magical industry living my dreams for 9years. I’ve taken baby steps, learnt, evolved & grown into the actor I am today! I absolutely lovvvee every bit and aspect of film-making. And now, its time to do more, to be more, to learn more, to tell more stories that touch my heart and hopefully yours too. Here’s to constantly evolving and finding the most beautiful version of yourself."
For the uninformed, Kriti Sanon was last seen in Om Raut's movie, Adipurush, which got a lot of backlash from the audience for its dialogues, costumes, and portrayal of mythological characters. Although Kriti's fans lauded the actress for her skills, a certain section of the netizens remained unimpressed with the same. Even after the film's release, some netizens targeted the actress for her sartorial picks. For example, on June 24, 2023, Kriti was spotted wearing a yellow spaghetti top and paired it with denim shorts and a beige-coloured jacket, which irked a certain section of netizens, who then started trolling the actress.
