Famous television personality, Gaurav Kapur, started his career with FM Radio. Over the years, he made his presence felt as a VJ and an anchor. Despite a very public life, Gaurav kept his personal life away from the media. Recently, it took the centre stage after the 37-year-old actress, Kritika Kamra, made her relationship with him Insta-official.

Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Kapur share a significant age gap. Kritika is seven years younger than him, as she is currently 37 years old. Kritika was born in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, on October 25, 1988. On the other hand, Gaurav was born on April 11, 1981, in New Delhi. As of 2025, he is 44 years old. 

For the unversed, Kritika and Gaurav's fans know that something was brewing between them. They often got spotted on quiet walks and private dinners with Kritika, but they never made their relationship official. People kept guessing about their relationship. However, Kritika made the relationship official by sharing a picture of two coffee cups with 'Bubby' inscribed on them. She also posted a picture collage of their breakfast date, and wrote "Breakfast with."

Talking about Kritika's past, her relationship with television actor, Karan Kundrra was a known fact. They were together with each other from 2009 to 2011. They fell in love while shooting for the show, Kitani Mohabbat Hai. However, no one knows the cause of their breakup, but it was reported that they distanced themselves due to busy schedules and professional commitments, and eventually their relationship ended its course. Kritika was also linked with her Mitron co-star, Jackky Bhagnani.

On the other hand, Gaurav Kapur married Kirat Bhattal in 2014 in Chandigarh. In their seven years of relationship, they had their share of laughs and fights. After spending their happy days together, soon their joint appearances stopped, and Gaurav gave limited access to his personal life on social media. His last post with Kirat was in 2020. However, they featured in the Asian Paints show and gave a tour of their Mumbai home, as they had restyled a 3-BHK home into two, with one huge master bedroom. They had a walk-in closet and a meditation corner. Their home was nothing less than a piece of art. But destiny had other plans, and they parted ways. 

Gaurav and Kirat had a quiet divorce in 2021. It was reported that they had parted ways mutually and it was an amicable one. However, no specific reason for their split was ever revealed. In fact, neither Gaurav nor his ex-wife, Kirat, ever talked about their separation in the media or shared a press statement. It is also claimed that the two simply grew apart. It is worth mentioning that after divorce Gaurav and Kirat both unfollowed each other.
