There’s not one relationship but in public memory there’s one relationship and that seems to been like, it’s just stretched now."

Kritika shared that she and Karan had moved on with their lives, but online things never really die. She confessed to not being ashamed of her relationship with Karan. They both remained good friends even after separating. Earlier, in an interview with TellyChakkar, Kritika revealed how she dealt with her first heartbreak with Karan, which took place at a young age. In her words:

"With the first heartbreak, especially, you don't know how to take it. And then you prepare yourself and get better in a relationship. When we are younger, we blame the person or the circumstances. But with time and relationship, you realise that I have to do things differently.''
