Recently, in an interview with The Times of India, Krrip refuted all the rumours of dating his co-star, Aparna Dixit. He stated, "If you share great on-screen chemistry with your co-actor, it doesn’t mean that you are dating her. We are paid to play our parts convincingly, and if we don’t share good on-screen chemistry, the audience will not like us. There was nothing between Aparna and me. My wife knows that and in fact, she and Aparna are good friends." (Also Read: Kareena Kapoor Khan Reveals Saif Ali Khan Was Nervous About Her Television Debut For A Major Reason)
He further added, "Yes, it took her some time to come to terms with the demands of my profession, but she understands it better now. Rumours of Simran dating a female colleague are baseless, too. She was working at a production house and the bosses were impressed with her competence and diligence. Some people couldn’t digest that and starting circulating these rumours. It was Simran’s decision to quit the job. We are unfazed by the rumours of trouble in our marriage. We trust each other immensely and are going strong."
Krrip also talked about the initial years of his marriage, and stated, "I lost my father to cancer on September 6, 2014, the day of our wedding. People around me blamed Simran for it, calling her inauspicious. They should realise that I got my first big break (in Kalash) after I married her. She is lucky for me, and she has been a strong support during my difficult times. I love her too much, maine usse jane nahi diya. For me, relationships are more valuable than money. Simran and I want to go the family way soon. Both of us would like to have a daughter (smiles)."
Well, this isn't the first time the news of Krrip and Simran's troubled marriage made it to the headlines. Earlier, in the year 2016 also, the media had speculated that all is not well between the two. However, the couple had called it all baseless. In an interview with the Telly Chakkar, Simran had shared, "Well, all this is wrong news. Krrip and I are very much together. We are happy, we will be happy forever. In fact you must be knowing that my sister is married to Krrip’s brother. So I have a niece who lovingly calls me Massi Maa."

She had further gone on to say, "I have a well- knit family, who showers lot of love. As for the rumours, let me say that these were created by the production people who were against my growth in the company. To tell you frankly, I was appreciated by Rupali (Guha) mam and used to do all my tasks effectively. This hurt few people, and they wanted me out of the work place. And this is when the rumours spread. In fact, Krrip and I will be sharing a good news with you all soon. We will be getting remarried. As you know, our rituals are still pending owing to the tragedy that happened. And we are about to relive the moments of getting married."
