They told TMZ:

"There was no permission granted to do this, as is required."

They clarified the reason for the same, saying that the Christy actress did not commit any unlawful activity and thus no case had been filed against her. An LAPD representative was quoted by Fox News Digital as saying:

"No crime was committed [by Sydney Sweeney]."
