Sarah Rose Hanbury, who is also known as Lady Rose Hanbury, is the Marchioness of Cholmondeley and has been garnering limelight due to her association with The Prince and Princess of Wales. Sarah Rose Hanbury was born into a family with deep ties to the British royal family. She is the daughter of website designer, Timothy Hanbury and fashion designer, Emma Hanbury. Moreover, Sarah Rose’s grandmother, Lady Elizabeth Lambart, served as one of the bridesmaids of the late Queen Elizabeth II when she married Philip Mountbatten in 1947.

According to a report by Hollywood Life, Lady Sarah Rose was rumoured to have had an affair with Prince William when Kate Middleton was pregnant with their third child.
