Fan Girl Gets Slammed By Netizens For Secretly Recording 'Laila Majnu' Fame, Avinash Tiwary

Avinash Tiwary is one of the most handsome actors in Bollywood. The actor rose to prominence with his stellar performance in films like Laila Majnu and Bulbbul. For the unversed, Laila Majnu, starring Avinash Tiwary and Triptii Dimri, was released on September 7, 2018, but the film couldn’t do well at the box office. Later, on August 9, 2024, the film was re-released after its grand success on OTT. Now, since its re-release, fans are going crazy seeing the lead actor, Avinash. Recently, Avinash got clicked by a female influencer which led to an online debate.

Arpita Thapa, a fan girl of the character, 'Qais Bhatt' in Laila Majnu, shared a secret click of Avinash Tiwary who essayed the role of 'Qais'. The actor was in gym, doing workouts, when the female influencer, who was also at the same gym, couldn’t hold her excitement in capturing the Laila Majnu actor. The fan girl couldn’t stop recording the video, until the actor noticed the camera. Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a video of Avinash and captioned it as:

"Mtlb sorry @avinashtiwary15 for the sneaky clicks."

Netizens react to the video

Soon after Arpita’s video went viral, the female influencer got slammed by netizens for violating the actor’s privacy. Condemning Arpita’s actions, one user wrote, "Just imagine a guy doing the same thing." Another user commented, "Please don’t do this… It’s a breach of privacy…" Another user wrote, "She’s breaching his privacy and had the audacity to post it. I can’t even imagine vice-versa."

Sharing a mixed reaction, one user wrote, "The point is, yes, he’s a celebrity, so people will take photos without asking, but this is his personal time, he’s not promoting a movie or working, so we need to be respectful of people’s privacy. You could have asked for a photo, he probably would have said yes." Another comment can be read as:

"Okay first woh bhi insaan h bhayi leave them alone for a while please, ask for a pic rather than being an unpaid paparazzi!"

Avinash Tiwary reposted the reel on his Instagram Story

While netizens showed disgrace to Arpita’s action of secretly capturing the actor’s personal time at the gym, Avinash took his Instagram Stories and reshared the reel. The Laila Majnu actor captioned the repost as:

"Wasn’t part of my fitness plan."

However, after Avinash’s repost, many netizens came back to Arpita’s reel and defended the female influencer. Defending Arpita, one user wrote, "The good part is he himself posted this on his story, so just get a life and let her live peacefully." Another user commented, "He shared it on his story." Another user wrote, "Oh my god, you are so lucky he just shared your reel @avinashtiwary15." Making fun of the online debate, one user wrote, "People crying here in the comments, meanwhile Avinash himself posting this on his story."
