Now, it is interesting to note that Rohini's last Instagram post is a selfie with her dad, Lalu Prasad, and her mom, Rabri Devi. She posted a snap with them where all of them had cast their votes.

Lalu Prasad's daughter, Rohini Acharya, recently shared that Rashtriya Janata Dal party's lawmakers, Sanjay Yadav and Rameez, had advised her to leave her current party. She claimed to quit politics and also disown her family. Now, it is interesting to note that her last selfie on Instagram was taken four days ago, on November 11, 2025. Rohini had worn a lilac-hued salwar kameez with a red bindi on her forehead. Lalu was seen in a white kurta with a green shawl, while Rohini's mom, Rabri, had worn a red-hued saree.

Rohini Acharya, in her viral post, had taken the blame for the loss of her party. The post by Rohini reportedly is an attack on Sanjay, and it has come days after RJD had its worst electoral performance of the decade. Rohini's viral tweet on disowning family now will add more storm to Lalu Prasad's family and also the party. It has already seen the expulsion of Tej Pratap, Lalu's eldest son.

Rohini Acharya's second-to-last Instagram post featured her celebrating her brother, Tejashwi's, birthday. She had even tagged his wife, Rajshree Yadav and was seen cutting three birthday cakes. Rohini was seen sitting in the corner of her sofa, while her bhabhi, Rajshree, looked the happiest, and the entire family had come together to celebrate Tejashwi's birthday. Ragini and Tejashwi's mom, Rabri Devi, was also a part of the celebrations.

After Ragini Acharya made a strong comment about quitting politics and disowning her family, she was then asked about her post by the press. Ragini revealed that those who are questioning her need to ask the same of the aides of Tejashwi. In her words:

"I don't have a family anymore. Go ask Sanjay, Rameez and Tejashwi Yadav. They have thrown me out of the family because they don't want to take responsibility. People who want to be Chanakya will be the ones questions will be asked of. When a party worker is asking questions of Chanakya... the world is asking how the party ended up in such a situation (in the Bihar polls)."
