One of the much-anticipated films of the year 2023, Leo, was released in theatres on October 19, 2023. For the unversed, the Tamil film was also released in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Talking about the cast of this movie, Leo featured Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role alongside some of the most famous faces in the industry, such as Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Priya Anand.

For the unversed, Leo is under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy. The movie featured Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. Interestingly enough, when the film was announced back in January 2023, it came along with a tentative title, Thalapathy 67, as it marked Vijay's 67th movie in the lead role. Talking about Vijay's role in Leo, the actor portrayed a dual role in the movie as 'Leo Das' and 'Parthiban'. However, do you know how much money Vijay has charged for Leo? As per a report by the Times Of India, Vijay charged a whopping amount of Rs. 120 crores for the movie.
Sanjay Dutt, one of the much-loved actors in Bollywood, never shies away from mesmerising his fans with his top-notch acting performances. For those who don't know, Leo marked Sanjay Dutt's debut in the Tamil film industry. In the movie, Leo, Sanjay portrayed the role of one of the main antagonists, 'Antony Das'. As per a report by ABP Live, to essay his role in the movie, Leo, Sanjay commanded a remuneration of Rs. 8 crores. Sanjay, earlier in an interview, opened up about his excitement to be a part of the much-anticipated film. He told Seven Screen Studio that he was excited about the same, and as soon as he heard about the tentative title of the movie, Thalapathy 67, he knew that he had to be a part of it.

Trisha Krishnan, who played a lead role alongside Vijay in Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial, Leo reportedly has charged a whooping sum of money for her role. For the unversed, in the movie, Trisha can be seen acing her masterclass performance in the role of 'Sathya', who is 'Parthiban's wife in the movie. However, as per a report by ABPLive report, Trisha was paid Rs. 5 crores for her role in the movie.
Arjun Sajra played an important role in Vijay-starrer, Leo. He could be seen in the role of 'Harold Das' brother to 'Leo Das'. If the reports are to be believed, the actor was paid a hefty sum of Rs. 2 crores for essaying his role in the movie.
As per a report by ETimes, Gautham Vasudev Menon, who played the important role of a cop in Lokesh Kanagaraj's movie, Leo, was paid Rs. 70 lakhs for the same. GVM, in one of his earlier interviews, opened up about his role in the movie. He stated that his character's name starts with the letter 'J', who would be seen as villain-cum-friend to Vijay's main character in Leo.
Another famous star of the movie, Leo is Priya Anand. Although nothing much about her role in the movie is available on the websites, a report by ETimes suggested that the diva was paid a hefty sum of Rs. 50 lakhs for her role in the movie.
As per the report by ETimes, the director of Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj was paid a whooping amount of Rs. 25 crores for directing the much-anticipated movie.
As per several reports, Anirudh Ravichander, who is the composer of the movie, Leo, charged a whopping amount of Rs. 8 crores for the same.
