With the arrival of a child, everything about life becomes positive. When a woman attains motherhood, her entire perspective about life changes with the arrival of her little munchkin. She becomes more patient and starts appreciating little things. The moment she holds her baby for the first time in the labour room, she takes a trip down the memory lane and thinks about those nine months when she had been too conscious about her baby. Television couple, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij’s life had changed forever when the two were visited by a stork in August 2019. The couple had welcomed their little munchkin, whom they have lovingly named, Tara Jay Bhanushali. Since the arrival of Tara, Jay and Mahhi are on cloud nine and their life has been revolving around their aankhon ka taara. After Tara was born, the doting couple had only shared partial glimpses of the little munchkin, and it was on Jay’s birthday, i.e., December 25, 2019, the couple had shared the first picture of Tara.
In a couple of days, Tara Jay Bhanushali will complete one year on this planet and to keep up the excitement, her parents, Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali have started her birthday countdown. On July 29, 2020, Mahhi took to her Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture with her chota packet, Tara, sitting on her mother’s head. Along with the picture, Mahhi wrote, “Mera Chota Packet, Bada Dhamaka, you make me a better human being! You make me realize there's so much positivity in life, so much to be grateful about, so much to see, through your eyes! And believe me the world is a beautiful place, so intriguing, so colorful, so exciting from a child's eyes!”
The family had started the countdown for their little soul’s birthday when Tara’s first birthday was 25 days away. On July 8, 2020, we had seen a cute picture of Tara on her Instagram handle and it was captioned as "My birthday in 25 days are you excited". In an interview with The Times Of India, Jay Bhanushali had revealed that he will be staying out of his house for a month and thus will be missing his daughter, Tara’s first birthday. Speaking of how he won't be a part of the celebrations, Jay had stated, "I have never been away from my baby, so I don’t know how difficult it will be to live without her. I will be away from July 18 to August 8, and Tara will turn one on August 3. I was looking forward to celebrating her first birthday in my own little way, but I won’t be a part of it now. However, I am keeping a positive attitude. When she grows up, I will tell her how her father couldn’t be a part of her first birthday celebrations due to COVID-19."
Jay and Mahhi had dreamed of having a baby girl as their first child. In an interview with the IANS, Jay had talked about becoming a father of a baby girl and had shared, "No relationship in the world can match the sanctity of a father-daughter relationship. I wish that my wife gives birth to a baby girl. I have no gender preference and it is not that I won’t like it if it’s a boy. It’s just that I have experienced the father-son connect with my dad, and now, I want to see how a daughter bonds with her dad."
