Malvika Raaj, who played the role of young 'Poo', in the 2001 super hit film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, tied the knot with her longtime beau, Pranav Bagga. Malvika Raaj ditched the usual red lehenga and picked a golden one. Her outfit featured heavy sequin and zari work all over the lehenga skirt, which was paired with a full-sleeved choli with tassel detailing. She styled her look with a matching dupatta pinned over her head. We also loved the unique varmala with golden-dried flowers. Malvika didn't over-accessorise her look but rather balanced it with a minimal maang teeka, a polki neckpiece, matching earrings and a red chooda. Another highlight of her look was her customised kaleera which featured stars, and butterfly trinkets. For the unversed, kaleeras are one of the most important bridal accessories.
Malvika also kept her bridal makeup minimal. She chose softly lined eyes with pink-toned blush, matte pink lipstick and highlighter, which accentuated her style. Her hair was tied in a sleek bun, making her wedding day look complete.
Malvika is the style queen, ensuring that every look from her wedding festivities stands out. For the haldi ceremony, while brides try to pick yellow or pink-hued ensembles, Malvika wore a marigold orange-coloured chikankari lehenga. Her outfit featured a halter-neck blouse. On the other hand, her groom also wore a matching kurta and they looked adorable.
For her engagement ceremony, Malvika picked a purple-toned lehenga that featured zari work all over it. She styled it with cap sleeve blouse and a blue-toned dupattai for the contrast. A choker neckpiece and earrings completed her look. On the other hand, her groom, Pranav looked dapper in a red-hued floral kurta, which he teamed with white pyjama.
