Malvika Sitlani is one of the popular influencers, who loves to document every moment of her life. She is currently enjoying the best phase of her life - motherhood with her two-month-old daughter, Abigail. However, Malvika's post-marriage journey and pregnancy period were also filled with various breakdowns. For the unversed, she got hitched to the co-founder of ION Energy, Akhil Aryan, on March 17, 2020, only to part ways in February 2023. Afterwards, on May 10, 2023, Malvika gave birth to a baby girl. Thus, now she opened up about her 'not so pleasant' pregnancy journey, and how she is healing from it.
Taking to her IG handle, on July 26, 2023, Malvika Sitlani hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session. Undoubtedly, her massive fanbase didn't miss the chance to quiz her about her pregnancy and motherhood journey. One netizen asked about her pregnancy post-delivering her baby girl, Abby (Malvika's daughter, Abigail's nickname). To this, Malvika hinted at her separation and on-and-off relationship with her ex-husband, Akhil Aryan and mentioned that it 'wasn't a pleasant journey' for her. She also mentioned how the pregnancy affected her mental and physical health. She wrote:

"To be honest, it wasn't a pleasant journey for me considering everything I went through with my relationship + The pregnancy took a toll on me mentally and physically. I absolutely love Abby but I still have a lot to heal from."

In another story, she explained her painful motherhood journey and also revealed her current emotions. She mentioned, "Not beautiful as such. I'm sure a lot of mums would agree with me. The initial months are pure survival and learning for mum and baby. It's extremely difficult." In addition, she also asked the other new moms to not get stressed about the same feeling and stated:
"It's okay to dislike parenting, it's okay to dislike your new job, it's okay to feel like you're not ready..."
Further, another netizen asked her how she is healing from the events which happened in 2022. To this, Malvika mentioned that even though a lot happened to her in 2022, she didn't get the time to heal completely. However, right now, her daughter is her priority. In Malvika's words:
"Not dealt yet. A lot has happened and I haven't had the time to process any of it fully. Like I said, I have a lot of healing to do. Right now, Abby is my priority. Tbh, I don't even have time to take a shower peacefully. It's a lot."

Malvika answered many such questions asked by her fans. A fan asked her about the one thing she is impatiently waiting to do with her daughter, Abigail. To this, the popular influencer shared that she desperately wants to get ready with her princess and visit the beach. Well, this proves Malvika's love for her little girl. Malvika wrote:
"I can't wait to get ready with her! And and go go the beeeeachhh!"

Earlier, on July 4, 2023, Malvika posted a glimpse of her birthing video on her IG handle. In the video, the then-to-be mommy looked intensely in pain while going through the water birth process. However, she deleted the trailer video, after she received backlash from internet users. A section of internet users even called her video scary. One of the netizens mentioned, "Sharing your life is one thing, involving children who have no say because you are unfortunately the guardian is worst. These cows milk their kids!" Another one wrote, "Why is there a home/water birth kinda scene happening if she gave birth at a hospital?" Check out:
