TCS Techie, Manav Sharma's Last Linkedin Post Goes Viral, He Penned, 'We Live In A World...'

After Atul Subhash's case raised important concerns about the challenges men face in real life, anothed Agra-based techie and TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) employee, Manav Sharma took the major step to end his life on February 24, 2025. He made a video that has now gone viral, blaming his wife for harassment before he hanged himself to death. Although his wife, Nikita, made contrasting counter-claims, the case has already made it to national headlines. Amid this, Manav Sharma's last LinkedIn post, shared a year ago about 'live and let live' has surfaced on the internet.

Manav Sharma's last Linked post about 'live and let live' goes viral 

Manav Sharma is no more between us, but his last words and the circumstances surrounding his suicide have given rise to a new debate. Some netizens dug out his social media handles, and his last linkedIn post on 'live and let live' further fueled his message. In his last post, Manav shared a long reflective note about his love for formal clothes, which he believes stemmed from his upbringing in an Air Force family. He recalled while his peers wore casual clothes, he was more influenced by his father's discipline from military life. Consequently, he liked wearing well-pressed suits and shirts. Sharing a picture in his formal attire, Manav penned: 

"Though it often invited teasing and laughter, my fondness for formals never wavered. As an Air Force brat, I owe much of my affinity for formal wear to my father's influence. In the Air Force, a sense of discipline and professionalism is instilled from an early age. The crispness of uniforms and the respect they command left an indelible impression on me."

Despite being questioned about his choice, Manav embraced his individuality rather than allowing others' opinions to sway him. He highlighted the significance of being yourself and how fashion is a good way to express your true personality. The late TCS Employee encouraged the readers to accept everyone's different styles and support each other to ensure everyone can confidently wear whatever they want. He wrote: 

"We live in a world where conformity can be suffocating, where individuals are judged based on appearance. But I believe in a different narrative, one that encourages freedom of expression and respects personal choices. Let us celebrate diversity and embrace the uniqueness that each of us brings to the table. It's not just about the clothes we wear; it's about the confidence, values, and individuality that radiate from within. Let's uplift one another, championing a world where diversity thrives and where each person is free to live and let live."

Manav Sharma urges for laws to protect men

Before hanging himself, Manav Sharma shared an emotional message for his family and society. He requested the authorities to make laws that support men against harassment by women and warned about the consequences if they weren't made. He also blamed his wife and bid a final goodbye to his family. After his death, the video was found on Manav's phone by his family. In his words:

"So, this is for the authorities. Authorities, as in police and law enforcement… The law needs to protect men, or otherwise, there will come a time when there will be no men left. No man on whom you can shift blame….Let me share my situation. It's the same as many others… I found out that my wife was sleeping with someone else."

Manav Sharma's wife, Nikita Sharma, claims he physically assaulted her 

When Manav Sharma's last video went viral, everyone blamed his wife. However, soon, his wife, Nikita, shared her side of the story and revealed that she did have a relationship with someone else, but that was before her marriage. When Manav got to know about it, he began to accuse her of infidelity and physically assault her. She tried to warn his family members that he might do something drastic, but they shunned her.
