Mannara Chopra has been grabbing all the limelight with her stint in Bigg Boss 17. The diva ended up in the third position of the show. While being there, the diva's on-and-off friendship with the winner, Munawar Faruqui garnered a lot of limelight as well. The winner even claimed that Mannara kissed him on the cheeks, which the diva didn't like, and asked for a public apology. And now, in a recent interview, she reacted to the same.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Mannara Chopra was asked about Munawar's claims of the diva kissing him. Shedding light upon the same, Mannara Chopra shared that she has been hearing about such claims made by Munawar, and she will certainly ask him about the same when they will meet. Talking more about the same, Mannara stated that her relationship with Munawar was something like she has with her sister, and there is only friendship between them, wherein Munawar guided her. Mannara stated:
"I have heard about this, but I don’t think they would have shown something like this on TV. I don’t know why he said that, but I will ask him about it when we meet. You should ask him about why he said this. When my sister came on the show, she said that my comfort with Munawar was just like I shared with my sister. It was just a friendship, where he guided me.”

In the same conversation, Mannara Chopra was told that Isha Malviya had earlier mentioned that the former has some liking for Munawar Faruqui. Reacting to the same, Mannara said that Isha needs to grow up. The actress added that she already clarified what she had to say about her feelings for Munawar. Talking more about the same, Mannara remarked that every guest who came along to the show talked to Munawar about the same. Mannara stated:
"I already said what I said on the show, a lot of guests who came in the house also explained to him. When Rohit Sir and Pooja Mam (Rohit Shetty and Pooja Bhatt) came, even they told Munawar. I don’t know why Isha said that, but she needs to grow up. I have been busy in my career, whenever I took a flight to Hyderabad, I never got papped. So when I keep myself so restricted and reserved, then on a reality show how can I be that person?"

Mannara Chopra further added that BB 17 was not a romantic show. Sharing deets about her relationship with Munawar in the BB house, Mannara mentioned that he is a sweet person and he has helped her throughout her journey in the BB 17 house. Mannara stated that both Munawar and Abhishek are her buddies, and they are so comfortable with one another that they can easily tell her whom they are dating. Sharing that there is no romantic angle between her and Munawar, Mannara added:
"It was not a romantic show, it was a reality show and my reality was that I was not comfortable in that space. Munawar is a sweet person and he supported me in the house. I have respect for both Abhishek and Munawar, they are best buddies, so they should tell me who they are dating. There was no romantic angle between me and Munawar. ”
For the unversed, after coming out of Bigg Boss 17, Mannara Chopra took to her IG handle and changed her bio. The diva mentioned herself as the 'winner of the female category', which she later changed and added, 'Bigg Boss 17 runner up'. However, it was a day back when a video of Munawar made rounds on social media platforms. However, seemingly taking a dig at Mannara's IG bio, Munawar started saying that Aoora was the winner in the NRI category, while Navid Sole was runner-up in the NRI category. Munawar also mentioned that Ankita Lokhande was the winner in the wife category, and her hubby, Vicky Jain was a winner in the husband category.

Mannara Chopra grabbed a lot of attention with her stint in the BB 17. The diva left everyone entertained with her cutesy antics inside the house. However, she ended up as the 2nd runner-up and reportedly bagged Rs. 2.2 crores, while Munawar won the winner's trophy, and along with his season fee, he bagged Rs. 50 lakhs and a swanky ride.
