Paramount+ has officially announced the premiere date of Season 4 of Jeremy Renner’s crime drama, Mayor of Kingstown. After a breakout run of Season 3, which concluded in 2024, the makers are betting big on the success of the highly anticipated season, which will bring in some fresh faces with new power struggles and Edie Falco’s much-awaited debut as Anchor Bay’s new warden. The streaming platform has also dropped the first look of the season, which teases a darker season. Here’s all you need to know about the release.

Mayor of Kingstown Season 4: When and where to watch?

The latest season of Jeremy Renner’s crime thriller is set to premiere on Paramount+ on October 26, 2025, with new episodes expected to drop at the streamer’s usual schedule, at 12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. ET. For now, the season will be available for streaming exclusively on Paramount+, with a weekly Sunday rollout leading into November and December.

Edie Falco’s first look as the new warden revealed

Perhaps the biggest highlight for Season 4 is the much-awaited debut of Nurse Jackie star Edie Falco as ‘Nina Hobbs’, Anchor Bay’s new warden. The first-look images of the actress’s warden avatar show her in tense face-offs between ‘Hobbs’ and ‘Mike McLusky’ (Jeremy Renner), already indicating friction.

Speaking about the new warden, co-creator Hugh Dillon cited Falco’s unpredictability as ‘Hobbs’ and stated that it will reshape the prison power dynamic in the upcoming season. Entertainment Weekly quoted Dillon as saying:

“It is that unpredictability which means it's forever fascinating. I could watch her just in the monitors. She's just so effortless.”

To rewind to where the story stands at the moment (spoiler alert!), Season 3 wrapped up in an intense situation, with the Russians wiped out, ‘Milo’ dead, and ‘Iris’ gone.
