According to an earlier report by India Today, Raju Mantena, a US-based billionaire donated a 'Sahasra Nama Kasula Haram' (gold necklace) at Ranganayaka Mandapam temple, Tirupati in 2017. The gold necklace was 28 kgs and worth Rs. 8 crore. The costly necklace contained 1008 golden coins with Lord Venkateswara's name on each of them. Raju handed over the necklace to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N Chandra Babu Naidu at the Tirupati temple.

According to latest reports, Raju has a whopping net worth of approximantely USD 20 million. He has a lavish estate in Florida. According to a report by India TV, Raju has a luxurious property that features 16 bedrooms, a private beach, and a stable. He purchased his Florida’s Manalapan estate in 2023.
