While Disha made a name for herself in the entertainment industry, her sister, Khushboo, is a former army officer who served her country. Retired from the Indian Army, Khusboo is now engaged in multiple roles. Khushboo recently garnered a lot of attention after rescuing an abandoned child. Khushboo Patani is an engineering graduate

Born in November 1991, in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Khushboo reportedly completed her schooling from BBL Public School. After completing her schooling, she joined DIT School of Engineering. After clearing her engineering, Khushboo landed a job in a multi-national company.

Khusbhoo Patani faced bullying in college

Khusboo Patani was always a bright student. However, when she joined college, she faced bullying for the first time. During her second year, she was followed by a group of boys in their car and she started walking in groups instead of going anywhere alone.

When she was in her final year, Khusboo would often come to her hostel late at night, along with one of her friends, after working on a project. She saw the same black car following her fanatically. She started running, and the man who had followed her ran after her. Finally, Khushboo hid at a women’s public washroom.

Scared for her life, when Khushboo and her friend finally managed to reach their hostel, she was so scared that she began to question herself. She managed to clear her final year and also cracked the placement.

Khusboo joined Indian Army after facing mental abuse

Despite securing a job at a multinational, Khushboo wasn’t happy, as the horrific incident kept lingering in her thoughts. It was during that time when a young captain visited her college to promote Indian Army. Until then, she had no plans to join the Army. However, when she saw a slide of a woman, she got an internal calling.

That was the moment when she decided to join Indian Army. When she went back to her home in Bareilly, she started preparing for her SSB entrance exam and it was at that time when she confessed to her father about her bullying in college. She cracked the exam on her first attempt and joined the Army as a lieutenant.

Khushboo Patani retired from army at the age of 34 and is a wellness coach

After serving the nation as a true patriot, Khushboo retired from the army at the age of 34 with the rank of a Major. Post her retirement, Khushboo dedicated her life to fitness and is currently a fitness coach. She is a spiritual healer and a TEDx speaker.

She has been motivating people through her social media platforms. Not many people know this, but Khusboo is also a Tarot card reader who helps people dealing with issues in their relationships, career, business, money, and many other things.
