Maddie Ziegler is a beloved American actress and dancer. She shot to fame at age 8 after appearing on Lifetime's reality show, Dance Moms. The show also helped her get recognised by singer, Sia, which led Maddie to appear in her 2014 music video, Chandelier. To mention, she has also appeared in music videos for artists like Alexx Calise and Tordick Hall.
Coming to her acting career, Maddie's first gig was in the 2012 Lifetime series, Drop Dead Diva. Since then, she has appeared in several hit films and series like The Fallout, West Side Story, Fitting In, My Old Ass, and Shiver, to name a few. At present, Maddie is hogging the spotlight for her appearance in Pretty Lethal, which made its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video on March 25, 2026. Amid this, fans have become curious about Maddie's personal life, especially her boyfriend, Daniel Hackett, popularly known as Kid Culture.

In recent years, Kid Culture has become a well-known face in the music industry as a songwriter and producer. Many might not be aware, but he is one of the people who made Justin Bieber's Grammy-nominated song, Yummy, possible. According to a CNN report, Kid Culture co-wrote and produced Yummy. What's impressive is that he even created the beat for the 2020 hit in just twenty minutes.

While Yummy was nominated for a Grammy a year later, in 2021, that was not the first time that Kid Culture was up for a Grammy. Based on reports, it was in 2020 when he managed to bag his first Grammy win for his work with YBN Cordae, whose song, Bad Idea, was nominated in the Best Rap Song category. While talking to CNN after one of his first major career moments, Kid Culture described it as “a dream come true.” This was even more the case as Kid Culture was only 18 years old at the time.

Being a songwriter and producer has given Kid Culture the opportunity to work with several music-industry legends. As we mentioned, he has worked with a top artist such as Justin Bieber. However, apart from him, other musicians that Kid Culture has worked with include Cardi B, Ed Sheeran, and Usher. Now, although it is true that Kid Culture is younger than many of his peers, he tends to see the positive aspects of it. Referring to how his age is an advantage to him, during a 2020 CNN interview, Kid Culture said:

"I'm really confident in my work. I really believe and know that my stuff is great. If you don't believe it's great, it won't be.”
While Kid Culture has found significant success as a producer, he is also known for making his own music. Well, his first song came out just a few years ago, in 2023, which he named KEEP IT. As of 2024, Kid Culture has released three more tracks, namely, PERSISTENCE OF MEMORY, GOODSEX, and HOW I FEEL. His confidence in making music was evident in his telling CNN that all his “songs have feelings” and that he makes “moments.”

Kid Culture's passion for music did not begin as an adult but rather when he was a young child. According to him, he has been around music since a young age because his father is a producer and songwriter, just as he is today. In fact, Kid Culture was only two years old when he first started playing drums in church. During his conversation with CNN, Kid Culture recalled that the feeling of picking up some drumsticks was amazing and that he just needed to keep doing this.
To mention, when Kid Culture reached the age of 5, he had already started making music. In order to help fulfil Kid Culture's dreams in the music industry, his family reportedly relocated from Seattle to Los Angeles.

Kid Culture has a rather unique connection with his girlfriend, Maddie Ziegler, thanks to astrology. Well, if reports are believed to be true, Kid Culture's birthday is on June 4, the same day as Maddie's younger sister, Mackenzie. Maddie often takes to her Instagram to celebrate the birthdays of two of the most important people in her life. For instance, on the occasion of her sister, Mackenzie's 20th birthday, Maddie posted a throwback picture of her and her little sis, which was all things adorable. Referring to her sister, Maddie captioned the post, “sweetest gift.”

Now coming back to Kid Culture, the Dance Moms star kept her tribute for him pretty low-key in comparison. Instead of a post on her grid, Maddie shared a series of snaps from Kid Culture's birthday celebration on her Instagram Stories. However, these pictures too were romantic and adorable in their own right, as they included a strip of shots from a photobooth where the couple can be seen kissing.
While Maddie Ziegler and Kid Culture prefer to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, they made no effort to hide the fact that they are dating. It was actually Maddie's post for Kid Culture that she made on her Instagram Stories for his birthday, which made the pair Instagram official in June 2024.
As of 2026, Maddie Ziegler and her boyfriend, Kid Culture, still seem to be going strong in their relationship. However, for those unaware, before the Pretty Lethal star began dating Kid Culture, she had been in a relationship with Eddie Benjamin for over 3 years.
