The sudden death of the renowned storyteller of western Rajasthan, Sadhvi Prem Baisa, has sent shockwaves through the Saint community and her followers. For the unversed, famous preacher, Sadhvi Prem Baisa, died under mysterious circumstances on January 28, 2026. Just a few hours after her death, a su***de note made its way on her social media, adding suspision. She was found dead at her ashram in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Sadhvi Prem Baisa was a prominent figure in the saint community. After going to her social media posts, it can be said that she was an ardent follower of Sanatan Dharma. She had been quite active on social media and was seen posting various moments from her life. However, in 2025, Sadhvi made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Sadhvi Prem Baisa was widely known for narrating stories and singing melodious bhajans in the villages of western Rajasthan. She was the disciple of Mahant Veeram Nath, who was also her father. The renowned storyteller who was loved for her kathas, became a Sadhvi at a young age. She lived with her guru and father, Veeram Nath, in the Kutir ashram

According to ABP News, Sadhvi Prem Baisa’s family hails from Pareu village in Barmer district, Rajasthan. She dedicated her entire life to devotion, social service and reform. She used to perform religious activities along with her father, Mahant Veeram Nath, who is also a renowned figure in the saint community. Besides being a preacher and singer, Sadhvi Prem Baisa was also a motivational speaker.

According to a report by Navbharat Times, Sadhvi Prem Baisa alleged that she was demanded a whopping amount of Rs. 20 lakh before her video went viral on the internet. In 2025, a video featuring her and her father, Mahant Veeram Nath, was circulated online. In the clip, Sadhvi Prem Baisa was lying on a bed, and when she saw her father, she hugged him. While it was an emotional moment between a daughter and a father, people marked it as 'obsc***'.

They also questioned Sadhvi Prem Baisa’s sanctity. Following the harsh criticism, Sadhvi said that after her mother’s death, her father took care of her. She mentioned that the video was misrepresented. According to ABP News, a case was also registered against Sadhvi Prem Baisa following the incident. After facing extreme backlash, the renowned storyteller publicly stated that she was willing to undergo a trial by fire to prove her innocence.

On January 28, 2026, Prem Baisa was taken to a private hospital in Boranada by her father, Veeram Nath. She was declared dead by the doctors. Speaking to NDTV, Sadhvi’s father and guru, Mahant Veeram Nath, was suffering from fever and a cold for the last few days. According to the latest reports, Prem Baisa was injected with Dexona. Veeram mentioned that Sadhvi became unconscious within five minutes after she was injected. Following this, the compounder was detained, and the ashram area has been sealed. Veeram was quoted as saying:

"She had been suffering from a cold and cough for a long time. That's why we called a compounder to the ashram. But five minutes after the injection, she became unconscious."

A few hours after her mysterious death, a note was shared on Sadhvi Prem Baisa’s Instagram handle. It seemed like a s****de note where Sadhvi mentioned how she dedicated her life to Sanatan Dharma. The exact cause of her death is yet to be revealed, and the investigation surrounding her mysterious demise is underway. The note can be read as:

"I did not get justice while I was alive, at least after I go, I will get justice. I have lived every single moment for the propagation of Sanatan Dharma... Throughout my life, I received the blessings of Adi Jagadguru Shankaracharya, the world's yoga gurus, and revered saints and sages. I wrote letters to Adi Guru Shankaracharya and many great saints and sages of the country, requesting a trial by fire, but what did nature have in store? I am bidding farewell to this world forever, but I have complete faith in God and the revered saints and sages. If not in my lifetime, then after my death, I will surely receive justice."
