Tyson Fury, who used to make news with his strong fights and impressive resilience, is back in the ring for a major comeback fight. He is set to face Russian heavyweight champion Arslanbek Makhmudov in April 2026. Although Tyson stepped away from the ring after a brief retirement, the new match hints that he has the zeal to fight left in him. But while fans are excited to see their icon in action once again, his wife, Paris Fury, had a different reaction, urging him to retire for the sake of their family. While Tyson focuses on his journey back to the top, let's learn more about her.

Paris Fury was born as Paris Mulroy in Doncaster, England. She hails from a traditional Irish Traveller family, but she is more than just another boxer's spouse. Unlike many other celebrities, she has built her individual identity over the years through TV, writing and public appearances. Paris has also penned two memoirs, including Love and Fury and How Does She Do It?
Both these books give readers a glimpse into her love story with Tyson Fury and the realities of managing their big family. Apart from books, she has been a familiar face on Television. Paris has appeared on TV shows such as Loose Women, where she starred alongside her family, and the Netflix series, At Home with the Furies, which features her family's personal life. Needless to say, Paris is the anchor of the Fury family.

She has an even bigger role to play at their home. As the mother of Tyson's seven children, including three daughters and four sons, she often has many responsibilities at home. But despite the chaos, she has been raising her kids to have a deep faith in their values. At the same time, the 36-year-old maintains a grounded approach, focusing on traditional values rather than modern fame.

Tyson Fury has been open about his mental health struggles in the high-performing world of boxing, such as depression, OCD and Bipolar disorder. In fact, the couple faced several miscarriages, including one that occurred on the day of Tyson's 2018 comeback fight and another in May 2024. But she hid the news from him both times until his match ended. Through all these challenges, Paris stood by his side. She quietly managed their large household and family while he dealt with those challenges, which explains the secret to their lasting bond.
Tyson Fury and Paris Fury's love story did not begin in some popular social circles. Instead, they first met as teenagers. Paris first crossed paths with Tyson when she was just 15 years old at a mutual friend's wedding. He was 17 but appeared much older due to his tall stature and strong build. But it did not led them anywhere. Again, the couple met again after a year, and Tyson persisted in asking her out, to which she agreed.
Since then, their romance quickly became serious. But because of the couple's strong belief in tradition, they had never lived under the same roof before their marriage. Tyson stayed in a caravan near her family home during their engagement period. They eventually tied the knot in 2008 in Doncaster. It was the beginning of a strong partnership that would last more than two decades. Later, she supported her daughter, Venezuela, who got engaged at 16.
