Born to Duttaraj Salgaocar and Deepti Salgaocar, Vikram Salgaocar is the eldest cousin of Isha, Akash and Anant Ambani. He also has a sister, Ischeta Salgaocar. After his initial schooling, Vikram Salgaocar did his BBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Vikram Salgaocar began his career as an associate with McKinsey and Company in 2007 and later joined Reliance Entertainment as Business Development Manager. The Wharton School graduate is currently serving as the director of VM Salgaocar Hotels and Resorts Private Limited. He often shuffles his time-varying business interests in the USA and India. Vikram is the eldest grandchild of Dhirubhai Ambani and Kokilaben Ambani, and it is often said that being the first grandchild in the family, Vikram shared a special bond with his grandfather, Dhirubhai, who was very fond of him.
