Meghalaya Case: Raj Kushwaha's Mother On Son's Involvement In Raja's Murder, 'Mera Baccha Aaisa..'

Sonam Raghuvanshi and her boyfriend, Raj Kushwaha, have turned out to be the prime accused in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. For the unversed, Raja was married to Sonam and had gone to Meghalaya for their honeymoon. However, things turned sour as the wife had planned an atrocious plan, which took away Raja from his family. While the jilted lovers are now under police custody, Raj's mother has come forward with her heart-wrenching cries, claiming that her son had no involvement in the matter.

Accused, Raj Kushwaha's mother denies son's involvement in Raja Raghuvanshi's murder

Raj Kushwaha, one of the prime accused in Raja Raghuvanshi's murder case. However, his mother seems to believe otherwise. In an interview with several media agencies, the heartbroken mother has denied any and all claims that suggested that her son was involved in Raja's murder. In the interview, Raj's mother can be seen as absolutely devastated.

She repeatedly told the news agencies that her son could not do anything like this. The mother revealed that her son is only 20 years old. She added that her husband died a while back, and Raj is her only son. The accused's mother could not help but weep as she tried to explain that her son was innocent. She was quoted as saying:

"Mera baccha aaisa nahi kar sakta."

In the same interview, when Raj's mother is questioned about her son's affair with the victim, Raja Raghuvanshi's wife, Sonam, she revealed that her son worked at Sonam's brother's office. She added that both of them would work together at the factory, and while they would talk during work hours, nothing was going on between them. She further shared how kind her son was and was quoted as saying:

"Woh aaisa baccha tha na, ki agar kisi sabzi waale ko bhi dekh leta tha na, ki uskey paas joota chappal nahi hai. Toh apna joota utaar ke de deta tha. Khud nange pair aata tha, mai khoob chillati thi ki mai khana nahi doongi there ko, chappal laa ke nahi dungi, mere paas nahi hai, phir bhi deke aa jaata tha."

She further cried her eyes out as she urged the government to prove her son's innocence. Raj Kushwaha's mother once again claimed that her son was not capable of committing such a heinous crime. In the same interview, she wept that she and her daughters would die if her son were not released.

According to the news report, Sonam Raghuvanshi planned the atrocious crime with the help of four other assailants, Raj Kushwaha, Vicky Thakur, Anand and Akash. In the conversation with the news agency, Raj's mother revealed that she knows Vicky. She shared that her daughters would tie Rakhi to Vicky, and he would call her 'Mummy'. She added that similarly, her son, Raj, would also refer to Vicky's mother as 'Mummy'. However, she denied knowing anything about Akash and Anand.
