In the song, the newly budding pop-star discussed body image, using lyrics like "Cause every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top" to spread a body-positive message. However, nearly ten years after the song's release, Meghan's appearance has undergone a significant transformation due to her drastic weight loss. Here's a look at her most recent look, along with her complete physical transformation journey.

Meghan Trainor posted a video recently where she was seen doing the "Nicki Minaj High School Challenge". While the pop star showed great balance while doing the risky challenge, what drew the attention of netizens was her completely altered appearance. Meghan looked slimmer with a more pronounced jaw and cheekbones. Netizens were quick to point out this transformation and commented on the video.

Many X users quoted her body-positive lyrics from her 2014 song, calling her out and said, "Guess she’s not all about that bass anymore". Along the same lines, another commentor wrote, "What happened to, 'No i won't be no stick figure, silicone barbie doll'?" Suspecting that Meghan used the Diabetes/weight loss medication, Ozempic, another X user said, "That Ozempic got her looking like Ariana in the face & Ashley Tisdale in the nose". Most netizens were disappointed in the pop star for gaining popularity by spreading the message of loving one's body and then completely changing herself. A commentator said:

"She told us to love the bodies we're in, then completely changed herself."

Meghan Trainor had opened up about her weight loss journey and talked about 'biohacking'

Though netizens have suspected Meghan of using Hollywood's newest obsession, Ozempic for weight loss, the pop star gave the credit to 'biohacking'. For the unversed, biohacking means using a combination of methods involving technology, biology and lifestyle adjustments to improve mental and physical well-being. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Meghan stated that 'science is the secret' behind her weight loss journey. The pop star was quoted as saying:

"Science is the secret, I love it. I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea. I was working out so incorrectly for so long I was like running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed always, hates it. I'm trying to biohack my body so anything that will help me age backwards, I'm into it.I just learned about NADs and I am like make me Hailey Bieber, I'll do it, I'll take it so yeah, I'm trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me."

Meghan Trainor revealed using Ozempic-like medication for weight loss

Apart from bio-hacking, Meghan also gave a shoutout to Mounjaro for her drastic weight loss. Mounjaro is an Ozempic-like injection which is primarily prescribed to people with Type 2 Diabetes. However, it has also gained popularity among individuals seeking weight loss methods. In her Insta post, Meghan revealed that after her second pregnancy, a combination of exercises, diet control and the injections helped her to be her healthiest version. In the caption, she penned down:

"No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me. I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great."

Apart from her weight loss journey, Meghan has also been open about her cosmetic surgery. The pop-star got a breast augmentation and implants, which she has candidly talked about. Earlier, the pop star had also revealed that she had mostly taken Botox around her forehead. However, after getting too much Botox around her lips and being unable to smile for a while, Meghan said that she had 'learned her lesson'.
