Balika Vadhu fame, Avika Gor is in a relationship with Roadies fame-cum-social worker, Milind Chandwani. It was in November 2020, when Avika made her relationship with Milind, official. Since then, the two keeps serving couple goals with their social media PDA and public appearances. However, there was also a time when Avika was rumoured to be in a relationship with her Sasural Simar Ka co-star, Manish Raisinghan. Although, they never opened up about the same, Manish's wedding with the love of his life, Sangeita Chauhan had dismissed them all. Now, Avika opened up about those rumours in the past.
Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan were paired together after they had a sizzling chemistry on their show, Sasural Simar Ka. Not only that, the duo was often spotted together at various public events, and their social media also featured glimpses from their inseparable fun times. In the latest Siddharth Kannan podcast, Avika opened up about how they had reacted to the online dating rumours. Explaining the same, the actress shared that initially, it was awkward. However, she accepted that the duo often hung out together, but only as friends. She said:
“First time, when the rumours came out, it was a bit of awkward. It was written that we are always together. Which was true! We used to be together all the time, watched Friends in our vanity. We would write scripts, shoot short film and had a lot of fun. Our families didn’t care. But Manish, being the elder one, he thought of being responsible. He told me to keep some distance."

Further, Avika mentioned that after things were written hinting at her rumoured relationship with Manish, they had decided not to talk with each other and maintain a distance. Thus, apart from work, they kept a distance and weren't hanging out for two days. But since then also, Avika and Manish found that people were talking about them, they thought of continuing their friendship without thinking about the rumours. She added:
"Two days, intentionally, we didn’t hang out together at all apart from doing scenes. But people again started talking. So we were like if people are still talking about us, then masti kar hi lete hai.”
In the same conversation, Avika also shared that Manish has always been there as a friend, and his family also loved her. For the unversed, Manish is currently married to the love of his life, Sangeita Chauhan and the duo got married on Avika's birthday. Thus, talking about the beautiful gift which her best friend, Manish gave her by tying the knot with Sangeita, Avika shared:
“He got married on my birthday. What better gift can be there from a best friend.”

For the unversed, Avika is soon going to make her debut with Krishna Bhatt’s movie, 1920: Horrors of the Heart, which is scheduled to release on June 23, 2023. However, in the same conversation, the Balika Vadhu actress opened how she was replaced last minute in Salman Khan's hit movie, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. She also mentioned that the same thing has happened to her during the film, Antim. And although she got extremely hurt by this, she mentioned:
“We just got a call that they are going ahead with somebody else, I was going to sign the next day. I had faced something similar with the same team where two weeks before the film they called and they said they cast someone else (in the film Antim). But this happens. At the end of the day it’s their call and it’s okay. They must have had their reasons, they know better. Yes, I am human. Of course, you have that feeling that ‘I wish this didn’t happen the second time. But I think it was meant to be. I’m not saying what they did was wrong because at the end of the day, they also have to choose wisely. They have to take calls as to who is the best for their film and that’s who they go ahead with.”
Avika has been living a merry life with her boyfriend, Milind and glimpses of the same are often found on their social media handles. For instance, n August 11, 2021, Avika and Milind completed their 2 years of togetherness. And to celebrate the day, Avika took to her Instagram handle and shared a blissful picture with her beau, Milind amidst the hills. Alongside the pictures, she also penned a lovely note for him and wrote:
"2 years of knowing this human! My human! My life is filled with utmost Joy & Love because of you! I love you for the person you are that pushes me to see beyond! You encourage me to grow every single day! I’m so blessed. I promise to celebrate every moment with you!"
