As December 2, 2022, marked her saasu maa, Neliima Azeem’s birthday, the doting bahu dedicated a special birthday wish to the veteran Bollywood actress.
Taking to her IG stories, Mira Rajput Kapoor uploaded a candid picture of herself hugging her dearest mother-in-law, Neliima Azeem, from behind. While Mira looked cute in a white knitted sweater, Neliima donned a stunning birthday-appropriate ethnic ensemble. The bond and laughter they shared in the portrait are simply priceless. Calling her the OG dancer, Mira penned:

Mira has got the best saasu maa, and she never stops praising Neliima. On November 25, 2022, Mira had taken to her IG stories and uploaded an old glimpse of Neliima Azeem’s graceful Kathak performance. Mira had mentioned how she gets goosebumps every time she watches her perform. Moreover, she revealed that the Kathak dance video was shot six months after Shahid’s birth.
On International Women’s Day, Mira had taken the opportunity to make her mother-in-law feel a bit more special by dedicating a heartfelt post. She had uploaded a picture-perfect portrait of them on her IG stories and called Neliima the pillar of her strength. The cutesy picture spoke volumes about their friendly bond.

However, over time, she realised that Mira and Shahid’s marriage was the perfect match made in heaven.
