Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Kapoor, loves sharing glimpses of her married life on her IG handle. However, for the past few months, she has not been active on social media, but it seems like she is back as she shared an adorable glimpse of her Karwa Chauth preparation. For the unversed, Karwa Chauth is a nirjala vrat (fast), which is kept by married women for the long and healthy life of their husbands.
On October 31, 2023, Mira took to her Instagram handle and reposted a glimpse of her Karwa Chauth mehendi. The picture was taken by famous celebrity mehendi artist, Veena Nagda. The star wife opted for minimal mandala mehendi in both her hands. However, Mira also got her husband, Shahid initials in her mehendi. She was decked up in a comfortable casual ensemble and was sitting in her bedroom.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor are the most adored couple in B-town. While Shahid often shares snippets of his work life, Mira often shares pictures and videos of being a millennial mom, looking after her home, and striking a perfect work-life balance. The couple got married in an intimate ceremony on July 7, 2015.
When Mira Kapoor made an appearance on the talk show, Social Media Star with Janice. During one of the segments, Mira revealed what happened when she had first visited Shahid Kapoor's home after their engagement. She shared that Shahid was giving her a tour of his home, but the first question she asked him was, 'Where I am going to put my shoes?'
