Just like in 2019, how Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor had swooned us in a shaded pink and red bandhini saree, for this year’s celebration too, the mother-of-two picked the perfect traditional outfit. Last year, Mira had paired her bandhini saree with an intense gold-detailed matching blouse and her look was accentuated with traditional gold earrings and a matching necklace. Mira’s had let her hair loose and complemented her outfit with pink lipstick, winged liner and a bindi. Instead of opting for traditional footwear to go with her ethnic ensemble, Mira had chosen clear PVC heels.

To mark Karwa Chauth 2020, Mira Rajput Kapoor posted a wish for hubby, Shahid Kapoor on her IG stories, in which she talked about her threesome with food. To mark their fifth anniversary, Mira Rajput Kapoor had posted unseen pictures from their Anand Karaj ceremony and sangeet with heartfelt wishes for her hubby, Shahid Kapoor. Raising a toast to five magical years of togetherness with Shahid, Mira had captioned the Anand Karaj picture as "Gratitude". Reminding Shahid of 'three golden words', Mira's fun and loving anniversary caption could be read as "5 years, 4 souls, 3 homes, 2 babies and 1 beautiful family. There’s nobody I’d rather be on this journey called life than you my love. I fall in love with you more every day. And I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have the love of my life be my best friend. Thank you for everything, for being my strength and for walking through everything together, hand in hand. I love you. You make me laugh like no one else. And more often than not I’m laughing at you. Please don’t forget. Wife is always right. And the three golden words will always be “I am sorry” To many more years of us."
Shahid Kapoor too, had wished his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor on their fifth wedding anniversary with an all-smiling selfie of them. Revealing what all he had found in these five years and thanking his wife for helping him be a better version of himself, Shahid had written, "5 years. Gone by in a flash. Found beauty in the smaller things. Found happiness within not without. Found meaning to together we can. Found myself a little more walking by your side my love. Thank you for being you.
