With life getting back on track and while we are getting used to the ‘new normal’, the professional commitments and work also resumed post a long unplanned break. B-town and telly world too, have returned to normalcy amid restrictions. While some celebs are still sceptical on resuming work post-lockdown, some have already stepped out and started completing their professional commitments. Reportedly, Shahid Kapoor too, has resumed the shoot of Gowtam Tinnanuri film, Jersey as the Chandigarh schedule was forced to call off due to the pandemic. A source close to the development of the film, Jersey had informed Mumbai Mirror that they have a 15-day schedule planned in Dehradun and Chandigarh, and only dramatic and emotional scenes between Mrunal Thakur and Shahid Kapoor will be shot. The plan is to wrap up the film by December and target a 2021 release. Though Shahid has already started brushing up his cricketing skills with his coach, the extensive training will begin towards October end as they won’t be shooting cricketing potions in the initial schedule planned.

Looks like Shahid Kapoor has left for the shooting schedule of his film, Jersey as his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor posted a ‘miss you’ note for him. Mira reshared a post of an artist named Freddy Birdy, which can be read as “The thing I love the most is doing nothing with you” on her IG story. Mira tagged her star-husband, Shahid on the post and wrote, “I Miss You” atop it.
Shahid Kapoor was shooting for Jersey in Chandigarh during February and had celebrated his 39th birthday with the team and his family, who had flown to the city to make the special day even more memorable. Ending his birthday on a perfect note, his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor had a special ‘blurry’ treat for Shahid. Expressing how amazing was Shahid’s birthday bash and the fun they had at the party with a single picture, Mira had captioned it with a heart emoji. Mira had posted a blurry picture with Shahid from the birthday bash in Chandigarh and it had spoken millions of feelings about the fun they had had at the party. To wish her hubby, Shahid Kapoor on his 39th birthday, Mira Rajput Kapoor had also posted a selfie with him from the bash. Mira had written, "Happy birthday to the love of my life" atop the birthday selfie. Shahid’s half-brother, Ishaan Khatter too, had wished his bade miya with an array of goofy albeit super cute pictures of the birthday boy. Ishaan had captioned the post as "OG Mere bade miyan.
