Now, the actress, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, shared that love for her has been the most beautiful thing, and her personal relationship helped her cope with the stress after the loss of her father. Hinting at an engagement to be on the cards in 2026, Alankriitaa shared of how she wanted the proposal and the ring ceremony to be unique. In her words:

"The proposal and engagement ceremony should be something out of the box. I want him to surprise me by planning things to perfection. I feel anything related to love should be celebrated in a big way, so engagement next year for sure and marriage can wait until later."

Alankriitaa Sahai did not reveal the identity of her love to the world. She revealed that he was not someone from the entertainment industry and revealed that he wanted to keep a private life. She shared that revealing his identity was of no use, and that getting him into the limelight would only make things worse until both of them decided to do the same. Marriage may seem like a long-term plan, but the actress feels she and her partner need to be ready before formalising the relationship. In her words:

"We have known each other for quite some time; he has been there with me through thick and thin. One of the things that strengthened her belief in the relationship is his support. He shares the same concern for my family as I do, so I strongly feel we can take this forward. 2026 will be a big year for me.”

Alankriitaa Sahai also added that it was in September 2025 that she came back to Mumbai from Chandigarh. This was because her dad's demise had made her sad and left her with a lot of stress. She left her home in Mumbai for over three years to only come back to the city after the death of her father. Alankriitaa revealed of getting an offer for two OTT projects, for which she will start shooting reportedly from the first week of December 2025. She also has a Tamil-Telugu movie in her kitty, in which she is one of the lead stars, and the movie will go on the floors in February 2026.
