This adventure junky is also a medical student who happens to be a trained classical dancer too.

Manushi Chillar always wanted to be the flag bearer of India for the international beauty pageant. She has always been very mindful of what she eats and her workouts. Her real training started when she won the Miss India World crown. Now she had to prepare for a bigger state.

Manushi trains for 4 to 5 times a week, and squats, free running and pilates are a part of her routine. She does yoga regularly to maintain a fit and fab body.
Apart from giving a slim body, it is a great form of exercise to maintain a fab body posture and toned muscles. Yoga is also beneficial for increasing the flexibility and the core strength of the body.
Manushi captioned a picture of her doing the planks and quoted the benefits of doing it.
And she captioned it:
"The plank utilises almost every single muscle of your body and is one of the best exercises you can do for your body!"
Manushi loves doing Pilates. She posted pictures on her official Instagram page, doing the same. Here are the pictures:

Dietician Nmami Agarwal helped her on her journey. She made sure that her diet is wholesome so that she can keep up with her rigorous training. She divided her food into 6 different meals and they were all high protein.
Early Morning: A glass of plain or lime water
Breakfast: Fresh yogurt with cereal (oat/wheat flakes), fresh fruits and nuts
Lunch: 1 or 2 chapatis or a bowl of boiled rice with a vegetable dish, raita and salad.
Evening: Fruit smoothies and cucumber and carrot sticks with hung curd dip
Dinner (7 pm): Quinoa salad/quinoa pulav with soup or chickpea/corn and tofu salad with soup
Post Dinner: Fresh fruits
Other than this diet chart, Manushi makes sure that she neither skips breakfast nor consume sugar. She works out 4-5 times a week and drinks 7-8 glasses of water. She does a lot of squats to condition her leg muscles and core strength too. When she is travelling, she orders a salad along with other food with low-fat dressing.

On Manushi's fitness programme, Namami said:
"Maintaining a healthy relationship with your body is the key to staying fit. Skipping a meal or intermittent fasting will do no good to the body. Hence, for Manushi, I wanted her diet plan and workout to go hand-in-hand and wanted to ensure that she reaps complete benefits out of her fitness program."

Manushi makes sure that she sleeps for at least 7-8 hours. Manushi also practices Yoga and we all know what wonders it does for your overall health. One of the biggest secrets of her glowing skin is that she keeps stress and tension away from herself. To beat the stress, she does free running or just dance on her favourite tunes.
A combination of balanced diet, good water intake, proper sleep and regular workouts keep Manushi's skin plump and gorgeous.
