Bringing Lord Ganesha home and then performing his visarjan is an experience of its own. Kulfi Kumar Bajewala actor, Mohit Malik and his wife, Addite Malik brought the first Ganpati after the birth of their baby boy, Ekbir Malik and after five days of his stay, performed the visarjan. For the unversed, Mohit and Addite had welcomed their baby boy on April 29, 2021.
On September 12, 2021, Mohit Malik had shared a picture on his IG handle with his wife, Addite Malik and son, Ekbir Malik as they had brought Lord Ganesha home. In the picture, the family of three was seen twinning in the shades of blue and as Mohit had performed the aarti, he was holding his son in his hands. He had captioned it as “This Ganpati is special because Bappa you have given us the greatest gift! Thankyou!”

A few hours back, Mohit Malik shared a video on his IG handle as the family took their Ganpati Bappa for the visarjan. In the video, Ekbir can be seen touching Lord Ganesha and seeking blessings from him as Mohit was holding Bappa in his arms. The cute moment between Bappa and Ekbir was unmissable. He captioned the video as “Ganapati Bappa Morya , purcha varshi laukariya ! I pray that you take away all the vighna from our lives so that we live and breathe freely @additemalik @ekbirmalik.”
A few days back, Mohit’s wife, Addite had also shared a picture of their son, Ekbir when he had met Ganpati Bappa for the first time at their home. In the picture, the idol of Ganpati Bappa was covered with a red chunni as Ekbir was touching him with love. Addite had captioned the beautiful moment as “Jab they met @Ekbirmalik.”

Mohit and Addite had also shared some videos on their IG handles of their celebrations at home. Mohit had shared a slo-mo video, where he was seen performing aarti of Lord Ganesha, holding Ekbir in his hands as Addite was clapping by his side. He had captioned it as “Bappa n bubba in my heart! @additemalik @ekbirmalik.” On the other hand, Addite had shared a video of how they had brought Bappa home and had adorned him. She had captioned the video as “Ganpati Bappa is home and we are thrilled to welcome you #GanpatiBappaMorya @mohitmalik1113.”
After teasing their fans with partial glimpses of their baby Boy, Ekbir, the doting couple, Mohit and Addite had revealed the face of their little one on Janmashtami. Taking to their respective IG handles, Mohit and Addite had posted a picture of Ekbir, dressed as little 'Kanha' and smiling just like his daddy, Mohit. The adorable parents had captioned the picture as "Haathi Ghodha Palki, Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki! Our Kanha @ekbirmalik bringing so much of laughter, giggles, smiles, happiness, naughtiness and innocence into our lives. All of you wanted to see Ekbir and we decided why not, it’s only positivity that comes from you all for him!!! @additemalik."
