Television couple, Mohit Malik and his darling wife, Addite Shirwaikar Malik's adorable son, Ekbir turned two on April 27, 2023. The loving parents, Mohit and Addite too have the best wish for him. They collaboratively shared a cute video featuring all his adorable moments of the last two years, right from his birth. For the unversed, Mohit tied the knot with the love of his life, Addite on December 1, 2010, and was blessed with a prince on April 27, 2021. Being avid social media users, they keep delighting their fans with cutesy glimpses of their lives.
Taking to their respective IG handles, on April 27, 2023, Mohit and Addite shared a cutesy Reel featuring the family of three, and the unseen moments with their son, Ekbir. The video began with Mohit cosily hugging his newborn baby boy. Then, as the scene changes, he took his fans inside the hospital room right after his son was born, and was seen taking the nurse's help to hold his son. Afterwards, the video also captured some blissful moments of him and his wife, along with their little one.

Further, the video featured Mohit and Additie's son, Ekbir's first activities like making sand castles, playing cricket inside their home, climbing down the stairs with his father's help and many more. Indeed, the video proved the doting parents' love for their prince. And sharing it, they penned:

In 2022, reports were rife in the media that Addite and Mohit were all set to welcome their second child. A source close to the couple had revealed to a media portal that Addite was pregnant with their second baby. However, refuting all such rumours, Mohit had taken to his IG handle and penned a note dismissing all the speculations circling his wife, Addite's second pregnancy. He mentioned that all these were mere rumours and that he and his darling wife weren't expecting their second child. So, he requested everyone not to believe all such rumours.

Soon after Ekbir's first birthday, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Mohit had opened up about his feelings toward his son. He mentioned Ekbir to be his soul. Talking about the same, he added how the first year has been with his son and how he will always cherish this beautiful feeling of fatherhood. He also revealed that embracing parenthood is altogether a different experience, and the way time went so fast, it still leaves him surprised.
