Television actress, Pankhuri Awasthy and her husband, Gautam Rode are on cloud nine as they are all set to enter the parents club soon. The much-in-love couple is enjoying their parenthood journey to its fullest and they couldn't be any happier. For the unversed, Pankhuri and Gautam got married on February 5, 2018, and they shared their 'good news' on April 6, 2023. Moreover, ever since the couple announced their pregnancy, the mom-to-be has been receiving special treatment from their families. And now, Pankhuri received an intimate baby shower and the glimpses from the same were unmissable.
On May 27, 2023, Pankhuri Awasthy took to her Instagram handle and dropped a series of glimpses from her intimate baby shower ceremony. In the pictures, the soon-to-be mommy can be seen celebrating her happiness with her family members. In one of the pictures, we can see her getting clicked with her loved ones, while in another, Pankhuri gives a glimpse of the delicious cuisines from her party. For her special day, Pankhuri flaunted her baby bump in a green-coloured flowy dress. She teamed it with a white-hued shirt, statement earrings, dewy makeup and open tresses.

In the next picture, we can see a glimpse of Pankhuri's baby shower's yummy cakes, which were in blue and pink colours, respectively. It even featured balloons, caricatures of babies, and a golden topping that reads, "Congratulations." The last picture from the series was the cutest, as it featured the mommy-to-be posing happily for the camera while holding the cakes in her hand.
On May 14, 2023, Pankhuri had dropped a series of glimpses of her baby shower bash on her IG stories. For the intimate ceremony, the soon-to-be mommy kept her look minimal as she donned a beautiful golden-hued saree with a scallop border. Pankhuri teamed it with a matching blouse. Subtle dewy pink makeup, gold jewellery, bangles and curly tresses completed her look. On the other hand, Gautam looked dapper in a green-hued shirt with contrasting blue denim.

Pankhuri also made a special announcement at her baby shower ceremony. The soon-to-be mommy shared another 'good news' and revealed that she is carrying twin babies. She even dropped some adorable pictures from her baby shower bash's decoration which was dedicated to her twin babies. Pankhuri's godh bharai had green decor with a giant board decorated with balloons. On it was written, "One plus one makes four times the fun."
On April 6, 2023, Pankhuri and Gautam had taken to their respective IG handles and announced their pregnancy news. The couple shared an animated video that featured caricatures of the parents-to-be, Pankhuri and Gautam. It depicted all the milestones they completed and the new journey they had hopped on. Along with it, the parents-to-be penned a heartfelt note and sought blessings from their fans and friends. Their note could be read as:
"Our family is growing and as we embrace this new phase and prepare ourselves to don these new roles, we seek your blessings and best wishes."
