In the interview, Mona mentioned whatever happened between Boney and Sridevi, it was after his first marriage was over. But Mona also shared that there was no point in returning from the situation of separation as Sridevi was already carrying a child. She further explained that it was a tough time for Arjun and Anshula as they were in school then. Not only that, Mona mentioned that she was badly compared to Sridevi since the latter was a successful actress by then. Further, she was asked about her marriage, to which she expressed having no interest as, according to her, a man might not understand the emotional baggage carried by someone.
As soon as the Reddit user dropped the post on the discussion platform, many netizens shared their thoughts. While many netizens commented on the cruel effects of separation, many others mentioned how Mona gave a beautiful upbringing to their kids. One user wrote:
"I’m so glad both kids are in a better place now. Bullying takes away parts of you that can never be replaced. And cheating, it just kills you internally. Despite all that, the kids were gracious enough to support boney when sridevi passed away. That’s real upbringing and values. I hope Mona is resting in peace watching her kids be good people."
