It so happened that a clip from her live concert made rounds on social media, wherein she was seen stopping her performance midway, and apologising to her fans, stating that she felt sick, and the show was on the verge of being cancelled. Well, the buzz was rife that she was rushed to hospital. And now, Monali reacted to the same and dismissed the buzz about her being hospitalised.
Taking to her IG handle, Monali Thakur shared a note, wherein she stated that while she's thankful to everyone for their concern about her health, she was not facing any breathing issues and was not admitted to the hospital. She asked the media not to spread false information any further. Sharing why she felt sick while performing, Monali said that she has not gotten the time to recover fully from viral infection or flu, which is providing her with migraine pain and sinus, and there's nothing more. She also concluded her note by saying that she's getting the necessary treatment and taking rest to overcome her health issues caused by the flu.
It was earlier today, on January 23, 2025, when reports claimed that at a music festival in West Bengal, Monali was performing and she felt sick. Reportedly, she looked distressed and the show was stopped in the middle. This piece of information came as a worrying factor for Monali's fans. And amid this, a report by News18 revealed that the actress' team rushed her to Dinhata Sub-District Hospital after her health condition deteriorated. Reportedly, she was struggling to breathe, and an ambulance was arranged quickly, and she was transferred to the hospital.
A few weeks ago, Monali Thakur made it to the headlines, due to her Varanasi concert, which she ended for the poor management there. She slammed the organisers and called them unethical and irresponsible. Stating that she's answerable to everyone who had come to join her, Monali added that the stage was poorly managed, and it was in a way that her ankles could have been injured. She also revealed that her dancers on the stage were trying to calm her down, but everything was a mess only.
