When the young girl denied it, Sanoj reportedly blackmailed her by saying that he would take his own life. When the girl met him the next day, he had booked a resort, wherein he intoxicated the girl and assaulted her. The young girl even revealed that Sanoj made videos and gave her threats to leak them. The girl stated that Sanoj even fake-promised to marry her and continued exploiting her on several occasions.
