Television actor, Mrunal Jain embraced a new journey of his life as he welcomed a new member of his family. The actor had welcomed his first child, a baby boy, on February 1, 2022. Mrunal Jain and his wife, Sweetie Jain had announced their pregnancy in August 2021, and they were on cloud nine as they held their son for the first time.
In November 2021, Mrunal had shared a picture from his wife, Sweetie's baby shower. In the picture, we could see the then-mommy-to-be looking gorgeous in a frilled pink-hued gown. On the other hand, Mrunal had looked dapper in a brown-coloured tuxedo. Alongside it, he had written:
"Forever yours."

On February 2, 2022, Mrunal took to his Instagram handle and shared the first-ever picture of his baby boy with his wife, Sweetie. The adorable photo gave a glimpse of their baby boy's cute hand. Alongside it, Mrunal penned a heartfelt note for his son. An excerpt of his note can be read as:
"Dear Son,Words cannot describe the emotions I felt when I first held you. There you were, tiny and beautiful looking at us with awestruck eyes. Your mother was crying, everybody was relieved and I was humbled. The joy of knowing about the pregnancy followed by the wait, your kicks and hiccups, the nine months of care, all flashed in front of my eyes."
In an interview with ETimes, Mrunal Jain had shared the good news of welcoming a baby. The actor had expressed the feeling of becoming a father for the first time and had shared the feeling of holding him in his arms for the first time. The newbie daddy had said:
"The feeling is yet to sink in. I still can’t believe that I am a father to a beautiful baby. I can’t express how I felt when I held him in my arms for the first time. It’s indescribable. It was a priceless moment. I had tears in my eyes. I just wanted him to sleep peacefully as I cradled him in my arms."

The Uttaran fame, Mrunal had further shared whether they have zeroed down any name yet for their son. He had also mentioned that he is all prepared for the sleepless nights and changing nappies. He had shared:
"We will wait for some time. We have a few names in mind, but want to zero in on one in a few days. The promise I made to my wife soon after I learnt that we were pregnant. I told her that I would be the one taking care of our child’s needs, be it waking up in the middle of the night or changing his nappies. So, I am ready for everything that’s expected of me as a parent. He means the world to me."
