Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is famously known as the 'Captain Cool', has played many roles in his life. He never fails to amaze us with his impeccable talents, as he is not just a cricketer, but a mentor, a businessman and also a film producer. Apart from that, MS Dhoni is also an honorary Lieutenant Colonel in Indian Territorial Army, and he is also well known for being a qualified paratrooper. However, not many know that another hobby that Dhoni explored was farming.
In 2020, MS Dhoni became a full-time farmer, and currently, he does farming on around 40 acres of land in his hometown, Ranchi. However, his fans were curious to find out the reason behind Dhoni becoming a farmer all of a sudden. Now we got hold of a rare video interview, wherein the cricketer opened up about the same and mentioned that his family had been farming since he was a child. Adding that he got the idea of making it more extensive during the pandemic, Mahi said:
"I come from a small town. From the childhood, we had proximity to farming was there. It was not a new concept for. As far this farming is concerned, we started before Covid hit. We had land of around 40 acres but were were farming on just 4 to 5 acres. During Covid, when I had time in my hand, I felt this is a right time to enter farming full time."

Further in the video, MS Dhoni also mentioned that he finds the process of agriculture very fascinating. Talking about the same, he talked about how a ladyfinger, when you see it at night, is small in size and grows full in size the next morning. The cricketer elaborated that the process of crop production is so intriguing that it made him more enthusiastic about farming.

Another hobby of MS Dhoni is that he is a big-time 'bike hoarder', as he has a huge bike and car collection at his Ranchi farmhouse. Earlier, former India seamer, Venkatesh Prasad, treated his fans with an exclusive tour of MS Dhoni's crazy bike collection. In the video, we can see Dhoni's collection of automobiles which included at least 70 bikes, featuring the likes of Kawasaki Ninja, Ducati, Harley Davidson and many more. Apart from that, his garage also has 15 luxury and vintage cars, which are rare to find these days. Sharing the video on his Twitter handle, Venkatesh Prasad wrote:
"One of the craziest passions I have seen in a person. What a collection and what a man MSD is. A great achiever and an even more incredible person. This is a glimpse of his collection of bikes and cars in his Ranchi house. Just blown away by the man and his passion."

Talking about her darling daughter, Ziva, Sakshi Dhoni revealed if the former is more like her or Mahi, and her response was unmissable. Sakshi shared that Ziva has the qualities of both her parents and is interested in becoming a Naturalist. Revealing more details about Ziva's curious nature, the loving mommy said:
"Ziva is a bit of both of us. She is currently interested in becoming a Naturalist and has a lot of questions about environment and animals."
