For a daughter, her father is a superman without a cape. From the beginning, she knows that 'papa' is a genie, who will fulfill her every wish. A daughter knows how to melt her father's heart with her silly talks and cute gimmicks. And Indian cricketer, Mahendra Singh Dhoni shares an exatly similar relationship with his little girl, Ziva Singh Dhoni. On February 6, 2015, Ziva Singh Dhoni had entered the world of Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Sakshi Dhoni and since then, their life has been revolving around her. Ziva is a daddy's girl and there is no doubt in it. From learning swimming from him to riding on his bike, Dhoni is her daughter's best friend. She has become one of our favourite star kids. The cricketer's fans are in love with his baby girl and they wait eagerly to see a glimpse of her.

On September 9, 2020, Sakshi took to her daughter's Instagram handle and shared a cute video, wherein Ziva can be seen holding Dhoni's sketch. In the video, we can hear Sakshi asking her daughter, "Who is in the sketch". To which, Ziva replied, "Papa". On this, Sakshi said, "Are you sure?" To this, Ziva replied, "Mahendra Singh Dhoni." In an interview with The Print, Dhoni had talked about the changes Ziva had brought into his life, and had shared, “It is a very different feeling, and I personally find it very difficult to put it in words. It is more of an emotion, and I feel I have not really missed a lot of things in life, but after a while when I am outside, after a few days, I actually start missing Ziva. Not to the extent that it starts bothering my cricket and all, but it is the first time ever when I feel, maybe I should Facetime to see what she is really doing." He had further added, "It is not like we interact a lot, she is very independent, she is very young but very independent, she does not really look for many people to be around her. I have played for India for about 12 years, even more, but that sort of ‘missing’ has never happened. I feel that is the fatherly feeling that makes it happen."
