While their luxurious lifestyle often makes people wonder that they might always dine in seven-star restaurants, in reality, they are just like ordinary people who gobble on idli-vada and don't even mind eating from a roadside stall. In fact, many people don't even know that the Ambanis are vegetarians, and Mukesh Ambani follows a strict diet.
Mukesh Ambani enjoys basic food like dal, roti and rice. He also loves Thai cuisine. Once, he had revealed that every Sunday, he eats idli-sambhar. In India, we believe in eating home-cooked food, as whatever we eat helps us in living a better life mentally, spiritually and materialistically. Hence, his cook plays an important role.
According to a report in Financial Express, Mukesh Ambani's chef at his home, Antilia gets a salary of Rs. 2 lakhs per month. Yes, don't be surprised, Ambanis ensure their staff members are financially secure. Hence, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's employees receive insurance and tuition reimbursements. The report further states that the staff members' kids attend school in the United States.
Pictures of Ambanis visiting temples and dhaams often make rounds on the internet. It proves that Mukesh Ambani wants his family to stay rooted, despite being billionaires. A while ago, Mukesh Ambani offered his prayers to Tirumala Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh. He also visited Guruvayur Shri Krishna Temple in Kerala. His soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Radhika Merchant also accompanied him.
Mukesh Ambani also made an offering of Rs. 1.5 crores at the temple for Annadanam (food of devotees). We stumbled upon another picture, wherein Radhika was seen mesmerised by the temple's beauty.

For those who don't know, it was Dhirubhai Ambani, who introduced Mukesh Ambani to Nita Ambani. In a media interaction, Mukesh Ambani admitted that more than Nita Ambani's Bharatnatyam mudras, it was her down-to-earth nature and personality that attracted him towards her.
The couple got married in the year 1985 when Nita was just 20 years old. The first shining lady of the Ambanis nurtured her family with love and care. However, in a throwback interview with IDiva, she revealed being told that she could never become a mother. The same report also stated that Nita had a tough pregnancy. She was blessed with twins through surrogacy, two months earlier than the assumed time. However, three years later, God blessed her, and she gave birth to their youngest son, Anant Ambani naturally.
