Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani created history and took India on the Global map with the grand launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Centre last month. It was a starry night with A-lister celebrities from around the world in attendance. The Ambanis created a mega three-day fashion event, in Mumbai with world-class facilities that made the notice across the world. However, it was the food that is still making the news. After serving guests Daulat ki chaat with Rs. 500, they served royal desserts.
Recently, a video from the grand NMACC bash has been making rounds on the internet. In the video shared by a paparazzo, we can see a lavish spread of desserts in a room. It had a tower of macrons to lip-smacking bite-sized tarts, Pastries and whatnot. All these royal desserts in a pink-themed room looked super yummy, and it definitely left everyone drooling.

Last month, we had also stumbled upon a picture from the gala night at the NMACC, wherein the Amabnis served a sweet dish topped with Rs. 500 notes. It looks damn tempting! However, those are fake notes on the sweet dish, inspired by Daulat ki Chaat, a much-loved recipe in North India. So, yes, that's how the guests were served a dish, topped with Rs. 500 notes, which were fake. Only Ambanis can truly prove that no matter where you are in India, we always believe in 'Atithi Devo Bhava'.
Ambanis lived by the Indian mehmaan nawaji as they served Indian delicacy in silver thalis. On April 1, 2023, Maheep Kapoor shared a picture of the food that was served to them at the NMACC gala. The pictures show a huge silver thali with a variety of bowls in it, featuring rotis, dal, palak paneer, papad laddoo and other delicacies. A glass of wine accompanied the food.
What do you think of the lavish dessert spread?
