Akash Ambani Was Scolded By Mukesh Ambani For Shouting At The Watchman, 'Asked Him To Say Sorry'

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani have built their happy nest with their three adorable children, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani. Despite being one of the richest families in Asia, Mukesh and Nita have raised their kids with utmost humility. They have taught their kids that there is no substitute for hard work and that nothing comes easy in life.

Hailing from a humble Gujarati background, Nita and Mukesh have instilled the same middle-class values in their kids that they grew up with. Nita once said that, for her, power means responsibility, which she derives from her family and middle-class values. Once Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani graced Simi Garewal’s chat show, Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, where the power couple talked about their family and kids. In one of the segments of the show, Nita revealed that Mukesh is a down-to-earth person and wishes his kids never to take money and fame for granted. She also revealed that Mukesh wanted to make his kids understand the value of money and that it does not grow on trees.

In the same conversation, Nita recalled an incident when Mukesh scolded their son, Akash Ambani for misbehaving with the watchman. Speaking about the same, she stated:

“Akash was arguing with watchman and Mukesh saw him shouting at the watchman. Mukesh then scolded him for his bad behaviour with the watchman and asked him to say sorry to the security guard. Akash then sought an apology from the security guard at the behest of his father."

Nita Ambani once revealed she made her kids travel in local transport

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani got married in the year 1985 when she was just 20 years old. Once, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Nita spoke about her raising her children with middle-class values and said that she and Mukesh had instilled middle-class values in Isha, Akash and Anant.

Not only this, but the billionaire businesswoman had also made her kids travel in local transportation. Recalling the same, she stated:

“My parents used to stay at Santacruz, and I would take the kids to Churchgate and board a train from there. My mom comes from Ahmedabad, and she used to take them there in the Gujarat Mail train. So they have travelled by local transport, etc. I think it’s important to keep the children grounded. Even now they clean their own rooms. I have kept them out of public life.”

There was a time after Mukesh and Nita's wedding when the latter was told that she couldn’t become a mother. Nita had always aspired to be a mother and would often write essays about becoming one in school. She had once revealed in an interview with iDiva that the one door she couldn’t open, despite her riches, connections, and power, was that of becoming a mother. However, she had embraced motherhood and had welcomed her twins, Isha and Akash, through IVF. Three years later, she had given birth to their youngest son, Anant.
