Mukesh Bhatt Strongly Reacted To Reunion With Real Brother, Mahesh Bhatt, 'No, Never, Zindagi Kis..'

Mukesh Bhatt and his elder brother, Mahesh Bhatt, were once an inseparable sibling duo. They were the men behind some of the superhit Bollywood films. But as they say, all good things come to an end, so did Mukesh and Mahesh's partnership end around the pandemic. While Mahesh Bhatt chose not to speak about it, Mukesh Bhatt bared his heart on several things, including whether the two will ever reunite.

Mukesh Bhatt reacted to whether he would reunite with his brother, Mahesh Bhatt

Recently, in an interview with Lehren, Mukesh Bhatt was questioned if there are any chances that he would reunite with his brother, Mahesh Bhatt. The veteran producer, without thinking twice, straight away denied with a strong statement. However, he stopped in the middle and recalled how it was shocking for him to part ways with his elder brother. He said:

"No, never. Zindagi kis mod…"

Mukesh stopped and recalled how he parted ways with his elder brother. He stated that he had not thought of it in his wildest dream. He believed that only death could part their ways, as then they would be gone. He said:

"I never in my wildest, wildest, wildest dream thought we would separate. I always believed that only one thing could separate us is, death. Death because after that, none of us would be here."

Mukesh further revealed that he doesn't know who made the decision to part ways, but it was really dark times, and there was a lot of negativity that surrounded them, and everything negative happened. Despite the parting decision, Mukesh Bhatt shared that he continues to live with hope and positive thoughts, and he believes good things will follow. He added that if you think negatively, only negative things will come your way.

Mukesh Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt have delivered some of the most iconic films in Bollywood. They were the iconic producer-director duos of the '90s. Together, they both co-founded a production company, Vishesh Films, in 1986 and worked on many films such as Aashiqui and Sadak. However, when the elder brother, Mahesh Bhatt, decided to walk out of the production house, it was the end of an era and their relationship too. Mukesh and Mahesh never addressed the reason behind their split. However, Mukesh once revealed that Mahesh is just the consultant while Vishesh's film is his company. He also claimed that it will be managed by his children, Sakshi and Vishesh, but Mahesh doesn't want to stick to the position.

Later, Vikram Bhatt revealed that the conflict was created between the two brothers as it wasn't there before. He blamed himself for the conflict and stated that it was due to his ego and it was his mistake. Vikram was quoted as saying:

"The conflict was created, it was not there. There was a misunderstanding. I think I am at fault in that misunderstanding because as his student, I should have asked him, ‘What I am hearing and reading, have you said that? Or has somebody made you say that?’ But I never did that. I was in my own ego and that was my mistake."
