Munawar Faruqui's Son Admitted In The Hospital, Wife, Mehzabeen Shares An Emotional Note

Comedian actor, Munawar Faruqui and his wife, Mehzabeen are facing a tough time and are undergoing stress. This is because his young son, Mikhail, who is just 7 years old, has been admitted to the hospital, and Mehzabeen is not leaving him alone even for a moment. She took to her Instagram Stories to raise awareness among all parents about the importance of kids being hygienic and also explained what happened to her little boy.

For the unversed, Munawar's son, Mikhail, has been admitted to the hospital because of a viral infection. Mehzabeen shared two heartbreaking images of her stepson from the hospital. In the first one, he was seen resting on his mom, Mehzabeen's chest and looked pale, weak and sleepy. In the second image, Mikhail was seen holding hands with his mom while the back of his hand had a bandage. It looked like he was given an injection or a saline drip. Mehzabeen, in her Instagram Stories, cautioned all parents to always keep a watch on the hygiene of kids and wrote:

"With the viral infections circulating, let's be extra cautious. Monitor your kids' hygiene and take care! Get well soon, my baby boy.'

Mehzabeen in her stories, had given the latest update related to her son by sharing a snap with him. She has been praying for the quick recovery of her son, and for any mother or father to see their child in the hospital is the worst nightmare. However, it is interesting to note that Munawar did not take to his stories to reshare the post by Mehzabeen on their son. Mehzabeen has a deep bond with her son, and sweetly, she also wanted to remind parents about the preventions one can take so that such diseases are avoided.

When Munawar Faruqui revealed the decision to make Mikhail stay with him

For the unversed, Mikhail is Munawar and his ex-wife, Jasmine's son. However, his current wife, Mehzabeen, has given Mikhail love like her own son. Earlier in a conversation with Farah Khan for her YouTube channel, Munawar shared that when his son was leaving, that was the time he felt as a dad that his child needed him. For the unversed, Mehzabeen also has a 10-year-old daughter, Samaira, from her earlier relationship. It was in May 2024 when Munawar and Mehzabeen had a private nikah ceremony, and reportedly, Hina Khan had played cupid between the duo. In his words:

"I think I needed him. In that moment. I thought what is it that I should do so I can make him stay with me. For him, I took that decision. I asked her (Mehzabeen) the next day, ‘Are you okay marrying me?’ I stayed with that decision the whole night. I felt that Mikael should stay with me, I was just praying for that.”

Munawar earlier in an episode of Pati Patni Aur Panga shared of facing emotional struggles when he was parting from his son. He shared that when his son was leaving, he sensed that he could not stay away from his son. Munawar, however, has beautifully blended his family, which has been loved even by his fans. In his words:

" I believe I needed him. In that moment, I contemplated what I could do to keep him with me. For him, I made that choice."
