Samantha Ruth Prabhu and her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya were once one of the most talked about couples in the industry. However, on October 2, 2021, just a few days before their fourth wedding anniversary, they officially announced their separation. Since then, although Samantha and Chaitanya's fans always hoped they would come together, the actors have already moved on in their lives. While Samantha is neck-deep busy with work along with being under treatment for the autoimmune disease, myositis, Chaitanya is probably dating popular actress, Sobhita Dhulapila. Now, we stumbled upon a piece of news claiming that he walked out of a theatre playing his ex-wife's upcoming film's trailer launch.
Amid undergoing treatments for the autoimmune disease, myositis, Samantha has been gearing up for her upcoming film, Kushi, co-starring Vijay Deverakonda. The duo's fans are always loving their chemistry already. Amidst that, a report in BollywoodLife claimed that while some other film's premiere was going on and Kushi's trailer was being shown, Naga Chaitanya walked out of the theatre. The report mentioned that Chaitanya was disinterested in the trailer of his ex-wife, Samantha and Vijay's film, Kushi, and walked out of the theatre during the film's intermission after seeing the trailer play in the interval. However, the reports also mentioned that Chaitanya might be in a rush, so he walked out before the film's end.

In an interview with a leading portal, Naga Chaitanya talked about his divorce from his ex-wife, Samantha. He mentioned that he was tired of talking about the same and people should also move on like the ex-couple. He also added that he is bored of talking about the same and said:
"We both came out and put our statements and we both have immense respect for each other. I always look up to what she is doing. And there will always be great respect for her. That's about it. We said what we have to. Beyond that, it's just people trying to fill up columns and there's nothing else. I mean I'm bored of it. I have been through three releases and I'm still attached to it."

It has only been a year since Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s divorce, when his alleged affair with Sobhita Dhulipala became the talk of the town for quite some days. Recently, a picture of the Laal Singh Chaddha actor with his rumoured girlfriend, Sobhita, made rounds on the internet, which might be from one of their vacations. However, Naga and Sobhita’s picture amid Samantha’s battle with her myositis diagnosis didn’t go well with the netizens.
