Cannes 2025: Influencer Nancy Tyagi Returns To Red Carpet In A Fancy Green Hued Gown Stitched By Her

Nancy Tyagi, a Delhi-based fashion influencer, created history when at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024, the 23-year-old wore a pink-hued ruffled floor-length gown that she had created herself with fabric of 1000 metres. Reportedly, the gown was of 20 kg and took her 30 days to create. Now, at the Cannes 2025, Nancy again created her outfit, and this marked her second time at the film festival. Nancy Tyagi came back to the red carpet of Cannes 2025 in a fantasy couture green-hued gown. She made it herself using fabric sourced from Seelampur in North East Delhi.

In an interview with the Brutt, Nancy spoke about her gown and shared that Tyagi's vision was a blend of floral architecture, theatrical volume and shimmering intricacy. The shoulder piece and tulle layered train featured roses in full bloom. Her love for flowers inspired the look. As seen in the clip, the influencer was seen waving at the paps, with her hair done in a neat bun and a lock of her hair kept in the front. Nancy completed her look with a pair of stunning earrings as she walked on the red carpet.

Users started comparing Nancy's Cannes 2024 look with her current one. One user commented, "Am I the only one who didn't like both her outfits for the festival? Last year, I also felt it was overrated. I know the girl worked really hard for all this, but khaas nai laga. I feel these influencers also kind of posted her pictures last year on their stories just to show, oh, how much we support her."  Her other fans sent her an array of fire emojis under the video, and one wrote, "It's soooo good..others need to learn from her." When Nancy Tyagi created history at Cannes 2024

Nancy, who hails from Uttar Pradesh, had created a stir at the Cannes Film Festival, 2024. She had turned heads in a pretty pink frilled gown that made her look exactly like a princess who came out of an animated Disney film. Nancy had taken to her Instagram to also pen about the amount of time her pink dress took to create, and also spoke about her debut at Cannes 2024. She said:

"Stepping onto the red carpet at the 77th Cannes Film Festival as a debutant feels surreal. I poured my heart and soul into creating this pink gown, which took 30 days, 1000 meters of fabric, and weighs over 20kg. The journey has been intense, but every moment was worth it. I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude."

Speaking of Nancy's pink-hued gown, it was strapless and also had a bodice that had corseted sequinned material. The baby pink gown had an array of ruffles that gave it a skirt form with a big train at the back of the gown. Nancy had rounded up her look with cute pink-hued Opera gloves, necklace, earrings, bracelet and a classy statement ring.
