Navya Naveli Nanda Gives A Sassy Reply When Asked To 'Try In Bollywood' Because She Is Beautiful

Belonging to one of the most famous families of Bollywood, the Bachchan family, Navya Naveli Nanda has never shown any interest in acting. She is more like her father, Nikhil Nanda, as she runs a business and has shown her interest in carrying forward her great-grandfather, HP Nanda’s legacy. However, as she is the daughter of the Bachchan family, Navya often faces questions about her debut in Bollywood.

Navya is the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and  Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's niece, and daughter of Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan Nanda. She is a Fordham University graduate and had co-founded a healthcare portal, Aara Health, which aims to build awareness and services around female health in India. Other than this, Navya had also started working on a project called, Project Naveli, which focuses on women's empowerment by addressing the issues of gender inequality.

A few hours back, Navya shared a picture on her IG handle, where she can be seen sitting on a green couch, wearing an all-pink outfit and smiling. While her friends and family are in awe of her look, a user asked her to try her luck in Bollywood. The user commented, "You are beautiful, you should try in Bollywood too." Navya immediately gave a wise reaction, thanking the user for the kind words. Sharing her thoughts on joining Bollywood because she is beautiful, Navya replied, "Thank you for your kind words but beautiful women can run businesses too."

A few days back, Navya’s mother, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, had shared the same picture of her on her IG handle. Being stunned by her daughter’s beauty, Shweta had captioned the picture as “Jet setter Go getter Nothing better.” On the picture, Navya had dropped a red heart emoticon, and Shweta had replied, “@navyananda your eloquence is mind shattering.” Navya's father, Nikhil Nanda, too was impressed and had dropped two red heart emoticons for his daughter in the comments section.

For the unversed, on May 11, 2020, Navya Naveli Nanda had launched her healthcare platform, 'Aara Health'. A few days back, Navya, along with the other co-founders of Aara Health, Mallika Sahney, Ahilya Mehta, and Pragya Saboo, had appeared on the cover of HT Brunch. Navya had shared a picture of the cover on her IG handle and had written, "Let’s talk about Women’s Health indeed. Let’s make these conversations easier & the solutions more accessible. Let’s keep talking about it till we dismantle the stigma associated with it. Let’s keep working towards changing the landscape of women’s healthcare because we are only just getting started! Thank you @htbrunch for sharing our story."

Her grandfather, Amitabh Bachchan, was mighty impressed with his granddaughter, Navya's recent achievement, and he had commented, "So proud of you Navya... love you." Navya had replied to her nanu’s comment as "@amitabhbachchan love you Nana", followed by a heart emoticon. Navya's mother, Shweta Bachchan had also commented on her post and had written, "Bravo Aara."
