Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui have been hitting all the headlines for quite some time now. Ever since Aaliya talked about the problems in her marital life with Nawazuddin, their personal lives have been grabbing attention. Moreover, she even made some shocking revelations about her personal life during her stint on the show, Bigg Boss OTT 2. A while ago, Aaliya was served with a deportation notice by the Dubai government. And now, she has reacted to the same and even made some other shocking revelations about her life.
In an interview with ETimes, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui opened up about her life and revealed that she had quit the entertainment industry. Further, she added that along with it, she has even bid adieu to social media because now, she just wants to focus on her kids, Shora and Yaani. Elaborating more on it, Aaliya stated that her daughter was glued to the phone and in order to make her stay away from social media, she decided to quit the platforms. In her words:
"My daughter, Shora is 13 and she was glued to the phone. I realised that if I don't quit social media, she will not. I think the kids of today's generation are going in the wrong direction. Also, I have not just quit social media, but I quit the industry as well. I just directed a short film, but now I don't want to do anything else but dedicate my time to the kids."

Further, in the same conversation, Aaliya revealed that her daughter, Shora revolted when she took her phone. She mentioned that her daughter reacted aggressively to her decision, but her estranged husband, Nawazuddin supported her. She also stated that Nawazuddin told her that she had made a good decision. Elaborating more on it, Aaliya said:
"Shora was aggressive initially when I took away her P55, her iPad and phone. She is her father's jaan but this time Nawaz has supported me. Whatever Shora demands, he does it instantly, but this time he told me, you have taken a very good decision, I am with you, and it is wrong to give phones to kids."
For the unversed, Aaliya had received a deportation notice from the Dubai government over non-payment of rent. Confirming the same, she revealed that she was quite scared when she received the letter. Aaliya added that Nawazuddin had actually given the rent to his lawyer, who stole it and didn't pay. Mentioning that Nawazuddin had cleared the account but the lawyer committed fraud, Aaliya said:
"Yes, I did receive the notice from Dubai government and I was very scared. Imagine me alone, being asked to leave the country with the kids. However, it turns out Nawazuddin had made a payment through a lawyer, who stole his money and didn't pay the rent. He had cleared the accounts but the fraudster here didn't pay the rent. Things have been taken care of now and I feel bad for Nawaz."

Further, Aaliya opened up about her equation with her estranged husband, Nawazuddin and stated that their divorce has not been finalised yet. She added that she has been in constant touch with her estranged husband and they have got close because of their kids. Aaliya stated that she also realised she doesn't have an identity of her own and she was in the limelight just because of her divorce from Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Mentioning that she has not done anything big in her life, Aaliya said that she would make her comeback after doing something positive in life.
