Neeraj Chopra, who made India proud time and again, by winning gold medal in Olympics, has opened a new chapter in his life. The javelin star tied the knot with Himani Mor, a former tennis player, in a private ceremony in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on January 19, 2025. It was an intimate ceremony with only 50 family members and no phone policy.
The entire nation has been eyeing on Neeraj and his wife, Himani, who kickstarted their marital journey at his lavish three-storey bungalow in Khandra, Haryana. Neeraj and Himani's marital home has a minimalist exterior in soothing colour palette of white and beige. It has a timeless architectural structure with a grand entrance. At the entrance, a golden nameplate with the word 'Chopra's' adorning the home. Atop it, a black plaque engraved with the Sanskrti phrase, 'Vasudeva Kutumbakam'. For those who don't know, the Hindu text means the world is one family.
Neeraj and Himani's home is surrounded with lush greenery, including well-trimmed grass and beautiful plants. The serene landscape provided Neeraj with the perfect retreat to relax for the entire family in the winter morning and after the olympians intense training sessions.
Neeraj Chopra's bungalow also showcases a room dedicated to his medals and trophies all over the nation. The room also featured Tokyo Olympics gold medal as its centerpiece. It is a way of giving respect to Neeraj's achievements.

Neeraj Chopra's uncle, Surendra Chopra told in an interview with Aaj Tak that he met Himani in the USA. The latter was studying and working there, and the couple asked their families for permission of getting married. Once their family agreed, they went ahead and tied the knot.
Neeraj Chopra is famous as India's greatest javelin thrower. He has a historic career in the Olympics, World Championship and Asian Games medals. Neeraj Chopra is the first Asian to win gold in Javeli in 2020. He also holds a streak of podium finishes in 24 consecutive competitions since 2020. Also, he is the youngest javelin thrower of India.
