Eisha Chopra is one of the most popular faces in the webspace. She took part in a number of films and shows, such as Neerja, What The Folks, The Great Indian Dysfunctional Family, Out Of Love and so many others. Moreover, apart from her acting chops, she is also a well-known screenwriter for various shows. Recently, the diva took to her social media handle and recounted one of the most terrorising experiences of her life.
Taking to her IG handle on October 5, 2023, Eisha Chopra dropped an array of picture notes, where she revealed facing the horrific experience of being molested in public. The actress mentioned how a few days back, she came across a 70-year-old man in a public place who came and introduced himself to her. Thereafter, while she shook hands with him, that man immediately groped her and molested her. Eisha revealed:

“Around 10 days ago, I was physically groped by a man I did not know, in a public place, filled with people. He was well-dressed, seemed erudite and close to 70 years old. He came up to me and introduced himself and somehow mistook me shaking his hand as an invitation to pull me in, and take his own hands anywhere he pleased. I was a mess for days.”

In the next set of picture notes, Eisha then revealed how that one incident continued to affect her for so many days, as she was quite traumatised by it. She mentioned how she was rendered sleepless for nights, and her body had started to shake a good while for a long time. In her words:
“I fell into a strange pattern of not sleeping some days, or not being able to sleep, or over sleeping the next day to make up for it. My hands also shook for no good reason, but I allowed that, since I read that shaking is a natural response of the body to release trauma. Otherwise, everything was a trigger.”

In yet another of her picture note, Eisha mentioned how being molested a few days back, reminded her of her childhood, when she was molested at the age of seven years. Not revealing much about the details of the incident, the diva mentioned that it happened in a movie hall, when a person sitting right next to her molested her. The incident made her turn stone shocked and scarred for years.
